Under the expert responsibility of the Estate’s oenologist, I am located within the wine cellars. I allow the real time analysis of samples during the vinification process, therefore offering a better reactivity.
I also guarantee a flawless traceability thanks to a regular monitoring of the cuvees and of the production.
I was created in 2012 with an eye for optimisation of the quality of our wines.

I am the oenology laboratory of the E. Guigal Estate.
